Greenwood Springs Man Arrested on Drug Charge, Parole Violation
MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — A Greenwood Springs man is facing jail time after an interagency arrest in Monroe County.
Per a release provided by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department (MCSD), county narcotics agents arrested 48-year-old William Grady Prestridge sometime Tuesday on Commerce Street in Aberdeen. Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) assisted in the arrest.
Prestridge was charged with possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation. Per the release, he had been on probation with MDOC.
Prestridge is currently detained at the Monroe County Detention Center.
