Grenada to Get Driver’s License Station

GRENADA, Miss. (WCBI) – Getting a driver’s license will be a little more convenient for Grenada residents starting next month.

That’s because the state department of public safety is opening a new driver’s license station there.

Officials say Grenada’s old office had to close last year because the building was in disrepair.

Since then, residents had to drive to Batesville or Greenwood to get their licenses renewed.

They’ll now be able to do that again in Grenada, plus take advantage of driver’s testing services.
