Honors College At Ole Miss Sees Growth

Oxford, Miss. (WCBI) – From a few top students 17 years ago to more than a thousand today, the Barksdale Honors College at Ole Miss continues to grow.

University leaders broke ground Friday on the latest addition to the honors program. The 18-month long project will begin in April.

The first phase should be completed by next spring with the final phase being finished in the fall of 2015. The latest addition will include small seminar classrooms, computer labs, office space and a lounge area for students.
