HOUSTON, Miss. (WCBI) – It was better late than never, for the Houston Christmas Parade.

A clear cold Tuesday (12-11) night provided a perfect backdrop for more than 50 entrants.

Thousands of people lined the streets of downtown.

The county courthouse is decked out with beautiful lights.

The parade featured colorful floats, fire trucks, WCBI Meteorologist Will Simmons and the Houston High School Marching Band.

There were also plenty of perfectly restored antique cars.

Everyone seemed to have a great time.
