COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Business and Political leaders welcome Columbus’ newest hotel. A ribbon cutting this afternoon marks the official opening of the new Hyatt Place.

The Hyatt is the third new hotel to open in Columbus in just over a year. The 99 room property boasts a prime location close to Highway 45, restaurants, and shopping that owners hope will set them apart.
