Video: Impact Wrestling Is Coming to Tupelo

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Some of the biggest names in professional wrestling will be in action on Thursday, May 9th in Tupelo.

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling will broadcast its Impact television show from Bancorp South Arena.

Hulk Hogan, Sting, Kurt Angle and ” The Phenomenal” A-J Styles are all on the TNA roster.

Standing at a towering 6 feet 8 inches tall, the massive Joseph Park made a stop in the All American City, Wednesday (4-3), to get fans fired up for the show!

Park says, ” This city has always been such a huge hot bed for wrestling and so, for us to come back, especially with our live televised events on Spike Television, it is a big deal for us too, because wresting has not been live here for a long time. We are going to be the first one in a while. We are really excited.”

Mr. Park presented Tupelo Mayor Jack Reed Junior with a *replica* TNA World Championship belt Wednesday.
