Investigation Continues Into North MS Shooting Death

KOSSUTH, Miss. (AP) – An investigation continues into the fatal shooting of a Kossuth man.

Alcorn County sheriff’s investigator Reggie Anderson tells The Daily Corinthian (http://bit.ly/18oYcFp ) that about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, the sheriff’s department received a 911 call. When deputies arrived, they found the body of 54-year-old Thomas Lee Sanders Jr. Anderson says Sanders had been shot.

An autopsy has been ordered.
