The first day of August was spectacular and the 2nd day of the new month will be good as well. The weather pattern may become more unsettled by late in the weekend and early next week but until then things look pretty good. Here is the latest detailed First Alert Forecast:
Tonight: Skies will be clear, the wind will be light, and temperatures are expected to dip into the upper 60s. It will be a perfect night for star gazing.
Friday: Plan on a mix of sun and clouds along with seasonably warm temperatures in the low 90s.
Saturday: Partly cloudy and warm/hot conditions are in order. Highs will be in the mid 90s but the humidity will make it feel more like the low 100s so be sure to take it easy. There is a 20% chance of an afternoon storm but most spots will stay dry.
Sunday & Monday: Rain and storm chances will go up to about 40% as a few disturbances move in from the northwest. The exact timing on the activity is uncertain but heavy rain will be possible if we do manage to see clusters of storms from time to time.
