Video: Mantachie Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash

ITAWAMBA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Mississippi state troopers are investigating a motorcycle crash that killed a Mantachie man this week.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol says 46-year-old Christopher McCollum was riding north on MS 25s in Itawamba County, when he apparently lost control of his motorcycle, and hit a tree.

McCollum died at the scene.

Troopers say they learned about the crash around 10:45 p.m., Thursday, but they’re not sure when it actually happened.

They’re still investigating.
