MDOT Issues Traffic Advisory: Super Load to Move Through Miss. Tomorrow

MISSISSIPPI (Press Release) — The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) has issued a wide load permit to Transport National, LLC.

Transport National, LLC will be hauling a pair of tank heads that are approximately 21 feet in width and 70 feet in length. The load is going to come into the state on I-55 out of Tennessee and head into Louisiana on I-10. The load will be escorted by law enforcement and civilian escorts.

The route is tentatively scheduled as follows: I-55 south, I-69 west, Hwy 61 south, Hwy 82 east, Hwy 49W south, Hwy 49 south, I-220 south, I-20 east, Hwy 45 south, Hwy 57 south, Hwy 63 south, and I-10 west.

The load is expected to enter the state on Friday, July 25.
