Middle School Teacher Indicted in Lowndes Co.

RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — A Central Mississippi middle school teacher is behind bars after being indicted here in Lowndes County.

U.S. Marshals arrested James McKinnely Clark at his school, Brandon Middle, Thursday afternoon.

The Marshals Service says Clark was wanted out of Lowndes County for burglary.

Lowndes County deputies say Clark was indicted on Valentine’s Day for burglary of a dwelling.

They will pick him up from Rankin County on Monday.
