I honestly can’t remember the last time we had a stretch of 7 days where we had zero rain chances…especially in the summer! Well here it is! We have an area of high pressure that will park itself around the southeast US providing us with a dry forecast and unseasonably cool weather!
Monday: Sweet sunshine will be abundant all day tomorrow! High temperatures will hover around the upper 80s and low 90s. High pressure will help to dry us out and keep the humidity lower for tomorrow. Overnight, we will see temperatures fall into the mid 60s. Is it really August?
Tuesday – Friday: Clear, sunny skies will reign making this week an excellent one for getting outside. High temperatures will slowly creep upwards all week as will the humidity. Overnight lows will drop into the upper 60s for a few more days, but they will be back in the low 70s by Friday night.
Labor Day Weekend: The combination of sunshine and gradually increasing humidity all week will make for a very hot weekend, but we can still expect for the sunshine to stick around. Overnight lows will inch towards the mid 70s.
