HOUSTON, Miss. (WCBI) – Houston is adding some more options to play time in the city.
Crews have torn down old dugouts and concession stands in the south end of Joe Brigance Park to make way for one large new multipurpose field and two smaller ones.
The fields can be used for everything from soccer to flag football or just practice for other sports.
The work is park of a four-year master plan to improve the park and provide more opportunities for local residents and tournaments.
