Mostly sunny skies have been the case across the southern part of our viewing area while a mix of sun and clouds is being seen farther north. This has also lead to a temperatures contrast: low 30s in the Golden Triangle and mid 30s toward Tupelo. With a little breeze, the wind chill is in the upper 20s.
We will continue to see mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies today which will allow highs to get back to at least the middle 50s today.
More clouds are in the forecast for Thursday through this weekend. A few sprinkles or even snow flurries look possible for Saturday.
After today, highs this week will stay in the 40s.
