Mullen, Freeze Preview Opponents

Dan Mullen understands that although South Alabama might not present his team with the biggest of challenges, they still need to be taken seriously.

“Obviously a big game for us as we go into our bye week. You want to be on a positive note going into a bye. South Alabama will be tough they are giving up only about three hundred yards a game and can really spread you out and create mismatches. We only have so many opportunities to play at home and we want to take advantage of them” Mullen said.

Meanwhile, Hugh Freeze and Ole Miss are looking to bounce back on the road against Tulane.

“I’m very impressed with them particularly defensively. They’ve dealt with some adversities and injuries so we’ll have to be prepared for what we’ve seen from them thus far but defensively i’m really impressed with their scheme and aggressiveness” Freeze added.

Ole Miss will play at 11am on Fox Sports Net.

MSU will be at 6pm on Pay Per View.
