MUW Names New Dean of Arts and Sciences

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Mississippi University for Women has announced the new dean of the College of Arts & Sciences.

Dr. Brian Anderson will add these administrative responsibilities to his resume.

Anderson is the current chair of the Department of History, Political Science and Geography, as well as a political science instructor. He has been the chair of the department for five years.

Anderson received his doctoral degree in political science from Pennsylvania State University.

Anderson is taking over for Dr. Thomas Richardson, who has taken an administration position in academic affairs.
