WCBI Sports Director
Mark Dondero is originally from the south, the region south of Boston, Massachusetts. Mark graduated from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island where he was a member of the varsity baseball team. He also had an on-campus television and radio show.
After college Mark worked for the Toshiba Corporation before taking a job as Sports Director at WDNN-TV in Dalton, Georgia. He spent a year and a half in Northwest Georgia covering high school sports and the S.E.C. before eventually arriving at WCBI here in Columbus.
When he’s not at work Mark prefers golf, snowboarding, and the beach. He also enjoys ice-cream and the 90′s television show Home Improvement.
