Things are looking pretty good for a while around here and temperatures should continue to moderate during the next few days. Low 80s remain on track for the end of the week and weekend. Our next chance of rain appears as if it will wait until early next week. Here is the latest detailed First Alert Forecast:
Tonight: Areas of clouds are expected to develop but they won’t be producing any rain. Low temperatures should only be in the 50s.
Wednesday: Clouds will be most numerous during the morning hours but they will thin out by the early afternoon. Plan on highs in the upper 70s.
Thursday: Skies will be mostly sunny and peak temperatures will be around 80.
Friday: Mostly sunny conditions will continue and slightly warmer low 80s should return to the region. Clear and quiet conditions are in order for high school football.
Saturday: Perfect fall weather is on track. Skies will be mostly sunny and highs will be in the low 80s. There will be no weather issues at all for the college football games in Oxford and Starkville.
