Residents Remember Clay Co. Resident

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) — A pillar of Northeast Mississippi has died.

Robert Harrell, Sr. of West Point passed away Monday night.

Harrell was the father of Clay County’s circuit court clerk.

The West Point Rotary Club sent out a statement overnight, saying their hearts were heavy from the loss of a great friend.

Clay County Coroner Alvin Carter was not available for comment.
