Video: Ricin Suspect Scheduled to be in Court Friday

OXFORD, Miss. – (WCBI) The man accused of sending ricin laced letters to President Barack Obama, Senator Roger Wicker and Lee County Judge Sadie Holland will be in court Friday afternoon in Oxford.

James Everette Dutschke is expected to change his not guilty plea.

A notice for the hearing was filed Thursday.Dutschke had previously pleaded not guilty to four counts in his indictment.

The charges includes possessing and delivering Ricin. The others are for mailing the poisoned letters.
