Starkville Arrests Alleged ‘Peeping Tom’

STARKVILLE, Miss. (Press Release) — On July 2, 2014, Starkville Police Department alerted the public about Eddie Will Parks Jr., who had a $20,000 Warrant for Voyeurism by Peeping Tom.

On July 3, 2014, Oktibbeha County Sherriff’s deputies apprehended 55-year-old Eddie Will Parks, Jr., also known as “Soon,” while conducting a routine road block.

He was served a warrant by Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department for “Sex Offender, Non-Compliant”, and they also served the warrant by Starkville Police Department for “Peeping Tom”.

Eddie Will Parks, Jr. was transported to the Oktibbeha County Jail.
