Video: Starkville Leaders Break Ground on Lynn Lane Project

STARKVILLE, Miss. – (WCBI)  Starkville leaders break ground a $1.1 million road improvement project. The ceremony was held at the Starkville Sportsplex, to recognize upcoming work on Lynn Lane.

The project, funded by MDOT, will include a 1.7 mile multi-purpose path, that will begin at McKee Park, along Lynn Lane to Montgomery Street, coming to an end at Locksley Way.

” It will provide an excellent opportunity for bike and pedestrian transit across south Starkville,”  says Mayor Parker Wiseman.

Work is expected to be complete by this summer.
