Video: Starkville Man Arrested on Sex-Related Charges, Enticement of Young Child Charge

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — A Starkville man is behind bars for inappropriately touching a child.

Starkville police arrested 51-year-old Starkville resident Jodie Young last week one one count of enticement of a child to meet for sexual purposes, and five counts of touching a child for lustful purposes.

Due to the nature of the case, further information is unavailable.

Young’s bond was set at $120,000 ($20,000 per charge). He is currently detained at the Oktibbeha County Jail. His preliminary hearing was scheduled for today.
