Video: Starkville Man Indicted on DUI and Aggravated DUI Charges

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)-It was a fatal collision that left one man dead and the other two in critical condition. Now, 22 year-old James Madison has been indicted by the Oktibbeha County grand jury on DUI and aggravated DUI charges. The fatal crash occurred January of this year at 2 in the morning on Louisville Street. James, driving a Jeep Wrangler collided with 25 year-old Jeree Blackwells Pontiac Grand AM. The collision resulted in the death of 23 year-old Desean Robinson. Blackwell and James were left in critical condition. Both Blackwell and James were charged after the wreck.
