Most locations in the WCBI viewing area are looking for rain but widespread moisture isn’t expected anytime soon. A weak cold front may spark a few isolated showers & storms between now and midday Friday but that should be just about it. The weekend continues to look gorgeous with lots of sunshine and low humidity. Here is the latest First Alert Forecast:
Tonight: Skies will be partly cloudy but there is still the risk of a few showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Overnight lows will be in the upper 60s to low 70s.
Friday: The morning hours will feature scattered clouds along with the threat of a few showers but clearing skies should be the theme during the afternoon. Weather does not look like it will be a factor for high school football this week. Highs in most spots will be in the 80s. A northerly breeze will develop between 5 and 15 mph and it will usher in less humid air by the end of the day.
Friday Night: Open your windows!!! Temperatures are expected to fall into the low to mid 50s under starry skies.
Saturday: Simply perfect. That about sums it up. Skies will be sunny, the humidity will be low, and temperatures will be only in the low 80s. Some locations may only top out in the upper 70s if you can believe that.
Saturday Night: Plan on another clear night with lows in the 50s.
Sunday: Skies will be mostly sunny and highs are going to be back into the mid 80s.
