A line of thunderstorms will continue to move in from the west throughout the overnight hours. The primary risk continues to be wind gusts over 60 mph and hail but an isolated tornado can’t be ruled out . Low temperatures tonight will be in the upper 60s.
Additional showers & storms will be possible around the region on Wednesday. A few of them could become strong once again, especially southeast of the Golden Triangle area. Highs will be in the low 80s.
We can’t rule out a stray shower or storm on Thursday either… hence the 20% chance of rain we are keeping in the forecast. However, most of us will remain rain free. Temperatures should warm back up into the mid 80s.
Drier air will return starting Friday and it should carry us into the weekend.
