Tuesday: A foggy morning is underway. Be sure to use your low beams as you’re traveling this morning. It’s hard to see just a half mile in front of you in some places. Otherwise a cloudy to mostly cloudy day is underway. Afternoon highs will be in the low 80s given we can get enough sunshine to peak through.
Wednesday: There’s a 30% chance of showers and storms area wide. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s.
Thursday & Friday: Above average temperatures in the mid to upper 80s are likely under partly cloudy skies. A few isolated showers or storms are possible each day but widespread isn’t expected. At this time I’m thinking we’ll be ok for Friday night – though it will be a close one.
Weekend: A strong cold front will cross our region Saturday or Saturday night. Widespread rain and storms should develop out ahead of the front. This may lead to some soggy or stormy conditions for the college football games. Cooler and drier air will win out during the day Sunday and that will set up some pretty nice weather for early next week.
