Two Arrested In Connection To Pontotoc Break-In’s

PONTOTOC, Miss. (WCBI)-The gig is up for a duo accused of kicking in the door on a few Pontotoc homes and businesses.

Wednesday, the Pontotoc Police Department arrested 28 year-old Nathaniel Williams Junior of Belden and 29 year-old Kelvin Miles of Pontotoc on burglary charges.

The duo is believed to be responsible for a rash of burglaries over the last week in Pontotoc area and surrounding counties.

The two would apparently drive up to homes without a car in the driveway, honk their horn, and knock at the door.

When no one answered they then kicked in the door.

A break came when a neighbor of a victim identified a car and license of the duo.

Williams is also charged with uttering forgery,

his bond is set at $100,000.

Miles’s bond is set at $30,000.
