Video: Two Arrested in Connection with Noxubee Co. Shooting

NOXUBEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – One of the men injured in a shoot-out last weekend in Noxubee County is now facing charges in connection with the incident.

Investigators arrested Marcus Price, 31, Friday morning. He was shot in the leg, but investigators believe he also returned fire during the incident Sunday night in the Cedar Creek community.

Kendrick Brooks, 27, was arrested the night of the shooting. He and Price are both charged with aggravated assault. They are free on $90,000 bonds.

A second victim in the shooting, Brodrick Prince, is still being treated in a Jackson hospital. He was shot in the chest.

Noxubee County sheriff, Terry Grassaree, says there could be a third arrest in the case.
