McCoy is also being charged with burglary of a dwelling, that occurred earlier this year. He was out on bond for armed robbery, kidnapping and aggravated assault charges. McCoy’s bond is now set at $500,000.

Also on Thursday night, Samuel Hall, 19, and a juvenile were arrested after Tupelo police received a burglary in progress call on Central Avenue.

Stolen items and a tool used to commit the burglary were found on the young men, according to investigators. Tupelo police believe the duo could also be involved in other burglaries.
