UPDATE: One Arrested in Connection with Holly Springs Weekend Shooting

HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. (WCBI) – One has been arrested in connection with a shooting that took place Saturday night at a gas station on Martin Luther King Drive in Holly Springs that injured two and left one dead.

Sanchez Holloway, 29, of Holly Springs, has been arrested and charged with one count of murder and two counts of aggravated assault.

Police were able to identify Holloway from video surveillance footage.

Holloway was also wanted on a previous trespassing charge.

Holloway is being detained in the Marshall County Correctional Facility waiting arraignment Thursday.

Justin Bennett, 24, of Hickory Flat, died on Monday in result of his injuries stemming from the weekend shooting.
