OKTIBBEHA CO., Miss. – (WCBI) Oktibbeha deputies say the man involved in a spring shooting at Club Rock is behind bars.

21-year old Tobias Coleman was indicted by the Oktibbeha County Grand Jury last month on one count of aggravated assault, after reportedly shooting Zacharias Blanchard in the head.

Investigators say U.S. Marshals tracked him down in Memphis Tennessee. He has since been extradited back to Oktibbeha County, where his bond is set at $100,000.

Blanchard and four others were injured in the early morning hours of March 30th after a night of partying at Club Rock ended in gunfire.

This shooting, along with several others, prompted the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department take their action against the club owner to court. In June, Judge Jim Kitchens ruled that Club Rock can only be open to church groups, and no firearms or alcohol is allowed on the premises.
