Video: Area Students Celebrate Dr. Seuss

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — Meteorologist Heather Sophia read to students at Fairview Elementary school in Columbus Monday morning. It was in honor of Dr. Seuss’ eighty-seventh birthday. Aundrea Self also joined in, reading to the students at Oktibbeha Head Start. The goal-encourage students to read each and every day, or as Dr. Seuss might say: “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”
