Video: Bond Set for Alleged Columbus Drive-By Shooters

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — Bond was set today for two men arrested in connection with a Monday morning drive-by shooting.

22-year-old Christopher Armstrong and 23-year-old Antonious Williams were each charged with seven counts of aggravated assault, one count of shooting into an occupied dwelling and one count of drive by shooting.

Bond for each has been set at $300,000.

Armstrong and Williams allegedly fired shots at cars outside a home Monday morning on 6th Avenue North.

While attempting to flee in a Ford Explorer, the men collided with a brick mailbox. Armstrong was arrested at the scene of the wreck, but Williams was arrested the next day.
