Video: Boys and Girls Clubs Annual Banquet

Lowndes County, MS(WCBI)-The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Golden Triangle brought in a heavy hitter Thursday night. Mississippi State head Baseball Coach John Cohen took some time out of pre-season practice to do a little “pitching” for the organization’s annual fundraising banquet. Coach Cohen spoke on the importance of good sportsmanship on the field and good work ethic in the classroom.

The Boys and Girls Club of the Golden Triangle has locations in Columbus and Starkville. The Banquet is their primary fundraiser for the year.

Coach Cohen and The Diamond Dawgs open their season  February 14th.
