Video: Caledonia Family Loses Home to Fire

CALEDONIA, Miss. (WCBI) – A devastating house fire leaves a Caledonia family with charred remains.Firefighters responded to reports of a house fire at 731 Wiley Road in Caledonia yesterday.After extinguishing the fire, very little of the family’s possessions remained.Firefighters say the house and contents inside were a total loss.Homeowner Barry Yaw said anything anybody could do to help would be greatly appreciated.

“Really what I need assistance with is maybe somebody has an old house trailer that they would like to donate, or if people would like to donate to a fund to help me get a used house trailer to put up here on my family’s land and everything. It would be appreciated.”

Barry along with his wife and son are doing all they can to deal with the aftermath of the fire.
