Video: Cops on Doughnut Shops

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) It’s not uncommon to see a police officer on the highway, but have you ever seen one on the roof of a building?

The Columbus Police Department partnered with the local Special Olympics chapter to raise funds for handicapped athletes in Mississippi. This was part of a nationwide event hosted by Krispy Kreme called Cops on Doughnut Shops. Customers who donated $5 or more to the cause received a sweet treat from Krispy Kreme.
