PRENTISS, Miss. (WCBI) — Prentiss County deputies make another arrest in a recent string of trailer thefts.

28-year-old Christopher Justin Jones of Corinth is charged with two counts of grand larceny and two counts of petty larceny.

A tip from Alcorn County deputies led to his arrest. He faces similar charges there.

The stolen trailers have since been recovered from the Cairo, New Site communities and Booneville.

Sheriff Randy Tolar says Jones and Gary Bo Ward, who was charged last week with trailer thefts, are not connected.

Jones’ bond is set at $12,000.
