Video: Dogs and their Owners Participate in Dog Jog

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Some pups and their owners took a run Saturday morning all for a good cause.

The Dog Jog is a fun one-mile run to benefit Starkville’s local animal shelters.

The event was held at the Sportsplex in Starkville.

Dogs from local shelters were available for adoption and ready to run with anyone who didn’t have their own dog for just $10.

Runners were given a t-shirt and a goody bag.
