ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI) — The date and time for James Dutschke’s sentencing hearing has been moved.

The hearing was scheduled for Wednesday in Oxford, but U.S. District Court Judge Sharion Aycock has rescheduled it for 9:30 a.m. tomorrow morning (Tuesday) in Aberdeen, Miss.

Dutschke pleaded guilty in January to sending ricin-laced letters to political figures, including President Barack Obama.

Dutschke has been detained at the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department Detention Center since last April without bond.
