LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – The colors of the season were available at the Winston County Library. Clinton native and watercolorist Wyatt Waters signed copies of his books, and his 2015 calendar.
The talented artist also brought some intricately painted ornaments, t-shirts and mugs. The work of the award winning artist has been on display throughout the Magnolia State, including the Mississippi Museum of Art in Jackson.Waters explains why he chooses to use water color.

” What I like about water color is you can’t really control what its going to do. Some people say its all about control to me it’s all about letting the the water color be the water color. It is like riding a horse. You don’t drive a horse, you ride a horse.”

Waters’ gallery is located in Clinton.
