Video: Forming Brilliant Bridge Builders

COLUMBUS, Miss.(WCBI) — A group aimed at making a difference in the lives of disabled citizen in Columbus and Lowndes County are coming together determined to fulfill a need.

After meeting in kitchens and living rooms, a first time official public meeting was held at the Fairfield Inn in Downtown Columbus. Potential members of the group “Brilliant Bridge Builders” were asked to fill out community survey forms and make commitments to serving their fellow man.

“Yes it has been spiritually led, so its been pretty easy,” said Marjorie Canon/Brilliant Bridge Builders.

“Our organization is going to be different because, we’re going to add a personal touch,” said Qua Austin/Brilliant Bridge Builders.

The next meeting of Brilliant Bridge Builders will be held January 26, 2015 at the Columbus Fairfield Inn.
