Video: Fulton Approves Ordinance Controlling Alcohol Sales

FULTON, Miss. (WCBI) – The meeting to set restrictions on alcohol sales met with little resistance. On Tuesday  Aldermen unanimously approved two ordinances that regulate and legalize the sale of beer, light wine and liquor within city limits.

The referendum vote was October 28th. No residents voiced concerns at Tuesday night’s meeting.

Aldermen consulted with other communities to refine the ordinances.Businesses with the proper licensing will be allowed to sell beer and light wine every day. Liquor will not be sold on Sunday.
