Video: Heritage Academy Seniors Welcomed to Campus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Seniors at Heritage Academy in Columbus kick off the new school year with their annual parade and ceremonial entrance. The group spent the weekend on leadership training, games and bonding challenges at Lake Tiakata in Winston County. Then they returned Monday for a ride through the community on a float, greeted by parents and other students.  The students say the Mardi Gras atmosphere is a perfect way to kick off their senior year.
