Video: Hundreds Join Winston MLK March

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. [bitsontherun 0dTaccmv]Drive in Louisville was filled with the slain civil rights leaders’ spirit Saturday.

The Louisville High School band and dozens of residents and civic groups joined in the annual parade honoring Doctor King’s birthday.

The parade, which is sponsored by the Winston County chapter of the NAACP,wound from MLK Jr. Drive down Main Street through downtown before returning to Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church for a memorial service and tribute.

Mississippi State University political science professor K.C. Robinson was the guest speaker.
