Video: Inca Pottery Class Held at Columbus Arts Council

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — Some novice artists spent the evening learning how Native Americans molded pottery.

The Incas used a technique known as coiling. The clay is rolled, and stacked on top of another.

The method is still popular today, because it produces a sturdy finished product. A class on the technique was held at the Columbus Arts Council this evening.
