Video: Lowndes County Residents Observe National Day of Prayer

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – The Columbus Middle School Girls Chorus provided soothing sounds during the National Day of Prayer service in Columbus Thursday. Dozens gathered in front of the Lowndes County Courthouse as community leaders prayed for our government, families, churches, businesses, and children.

WCBI’s own R.H. Brown offered words on behalf of the media. The service wrapped up with a unison prayer and the crowd singing “God Bless America”.
