CALEDONIA, Miss. (WCBI) – The Lowndes County School District is upgrading its approach to technology. The district is getting in gear for a more high tech approach to teaching, as it moves forward with plans to implement iPads and MacBook laptops in certain grades. The board also approved policies regarding internet usage and care for the MacBooks.

Board members also agreed on a new cell phone policy, which they say hasn’t changed at its core with the exception of certain adjustments in language.
