Video: Officials Stay on Hunt for Missing Boater

TISHOMINGO COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Search teams are back on the water today looking for a missing boater at Bay Springs Lake.

Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Officials along with the Army Corps of Engineers and the Mississippi Department of Wildlife Fisheries and Parks have been involved in the effort since Saturday morning.

That’s when the unidentified man apparently fell out of the boat near the McDougal Branch boat ramp.

Three other people were in the boat at the time. The sheriff’s department says it appears to be accidental and no foul play is suspected at this time.
