Video: Pierce Street Elementary Presents Patriotic Program

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) -Fifth graders at Tupelo’s Pierce Street Elementary honored the nation and those who have fought to keep us free during a Veteran’s Day program.Recently, the fifth grade class has been learning about U S history, so to wrap all of it up, and to observe Veteran’s Day, they presented a patriotic musical.

“We hope people in audience are entertained and enjoy the performance, we also hope that everyone understands, we have learned the importance of our freedom and the price it costs for us to have that freedom.”

The Veteran’s Day program is held each year at Pierce Street.
